We recently wrapped up our end-of-year Student Investment Fund presentations, where students presented their research, portfolio analysis, and investment recommendations to external industry leaders and finance professionals.

The presentations gave students the chance to share the work they have put in throughout the year and receive direct feedback from professionals working in the investment industry. Opportunities like these help students connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world investment decision-making and career preparation.

We appreciate the industry professionals who gave their time to be at this final presentation. Our industry panelists included Zach Mason, Morgan Martin, Cory Robinson, Steve Winkler, Cullen Crombie (via Zoom), and members of the SIF committee board from our finance faculty. We also welcomed Ashley Smith who works in our library who helped our students prepare for their presentations and research and Justin Lund from Price Career Center. You all helped contribute to an amazing final product showcase of the student investment fund.

We’re also grateful to all guests who attended and engaged in portfolio meetings over the course of the semester. Their ongoing involvement added valuable perspective and helped strengthen each stage of the investment process.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s presentations a meaningful experience for our students as ONE community.
