Health & Fitness at Miss Oklahoma ❤️🩹✨
Over the past year, I’ve learned that feeling your best starts from the inside out. As a dancer and someone involved in pageantry, it’s easy to get caught up in comparison or feel like your worth is tied to how you look. This year, God reminded me that confidence begins with loving the body He gave me and appreciating everything it’s capable of.
I thank God every day for giving me the strength to dance, train, and move my body! Dance has always been one of my greatest passions, and this year I found a love for Classical Pilates. It has challenged me, strengthened me both physically and mentally, and inspired me to get my National Pilates Certification.
One thing I’m especially grateful for is that I took this journey on my own. I didn’t have a personal trainer or a perfect plan. I simply stayed consistent, found what’s best for me, and focused on becoming healthier each day.
Stepping onto the Miss Oklahoma stage, I wasn’t just celebrating physical fitness. I was celebrating discipline, confidence, and the reminder that taking care of yourself is one of the greatest investments you can make 💪🥰
