Whether you’re an experienced triathlete or just a beginner, come participate in the University of Nebraska Omaha’s TRY-athlon! The key word of this even is TRY- you choose the distance you swim, bike, or run! Hosted by your University of Nebraska Omaha Swimming & Diving team, participants are encouraged to do their best and bring their family, and friends along for the event. Participants can swi

m up to 200 yards, bike up to 4.5 miles, and run up to 2 miles. All ages are welcome, as the run will be conducted inside the SAPP Fieldhouse to ensure supervision of children.

*Helmets required for biking portion*
