Management is TERRIFIED of a Fair Contract Now. 😱 They are frightened of the power and solidarity of FAM. They don't want us showing everyone at the university what we can win when we band together and take collective action (higher raises than the historical average; stronger job security; a legally binding contract).

Management: don't be scared. We just want to be paid fairly for our work. 👻 👹
