Yesterday, four of our summer interns presented their capstone project to our Intern Committee: a full construction set for a commercial site in Garden City, from existing conditions through utility plans. Joshua Haye, Felipe Herrera, Duyen Ngo, and Micah Sevdy worked through the entire process concept to closeout, then signed the cover sheet like the professionals they're becoming.

Alongside them, IT intern Richard Huang spent the summer supporting our team behind the scenes, keeping things running and developing new tools.

Today, on National Intern Day, we're recognizing the work all five of them put in this summer. We've loved watching them grow and become friends. We're going to miss having them around.

Please join us in congratulating our President, Greg Coleman, on joining the Board of Directors of Xcel Strategies, Inc.! Xcel is a Savannah-founded nonprofit that mentors young people ages 15–25 through Life Skills, Job Skills, and Trade Skills training — including hands-on programs in construction, electrical, welding, surveying, and more — helping guide them into apprenticeships and full-time careers. Greg will bring his leadership experience and community ties to help guide Xcel's continued growth across the Savannah region.
