Sorors gathered at Grace Chapel Baptist Church for worship service on Sunday, May 24, 2026. Coordinated by the Scholarship and Education/May Week Committee, Sorors were received at the church by member Soror Sophia H. Jones. A gracious welcome was extended to the chapter and greetings were given by committee chairperson, Jeanette S. Lyde and President Rev. Dr. Jalyn E. Lyde. The chapter presented a donation to the church scholarship and education committee. Upon an invitation by Associate Pastor Anthony Cureton each chapter member introduced herself identifying her role in the chapter and her church affiliation.

This weekend PACDST was on the move. Whether walking around the field with the Health and Wellness Committee, from Read and Romp to putting in the Little Library at the Ray Lyde Sr. Field, meeting with our BETTY SHABAZZ and GEMS PROGRAMS, to Supporting our Sorors at their award recognitions and podcasts while promoting the chapter programs; PACDST was in the community and beyond. Thank you to the Scholarship and Ed committee for a successful Read and Romp Event. Congratulations PACDST for your continued work and support of each other. Continue to create IMPACT!
