Catherine Graves is a Vinyasa Yoga instructor certified through the Atmananda Center (New York), and is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Catherineʼs classes incorporate her over 22 yearsʼ experience in movement, and a background that includes a BFA in Ballet and Modern Dance from the University of the Arts, Philadelphia. With extensive studies in anatomy, experience in therapeutic

s, and work in Physical Therapy, Catherine has instructed for The United Nations, various corporations, and lead multiple group classes throughout New York City. Classes are known for creativity within the sequencing, and to be a challenge both physically and mentally.
