La Salle Explorers Advocating Nutrition La Salle Explorers Advocating Nutrition (LEAN), as the name suggests, is La Salle University's club for good nutrition advocacy.

We had an amazing time representing LEAN at the PA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Annual Meeting and Exposition this weekend! We’re so proud of our professor, Dr. Laura Frank (I pictured), for giving a speech on cultural competency in nutritional counseling, and professor Susan Adams, the incoming president of PAND. We’re very lucky to have you as our teachers.
