We’ve secured the manufacturing path, so 4WD isn’t “we’ll figure it out later,” but we’ll have a reserved capacity and a calendar to build around.

This money funds:
Commitments for fabrication timing.
Vendor coordination, manufacturing plans, and future planning.

Money turns into time. Time turns into a car.
