STAR is commited to building an inclusive and equitable community in which all are welcome regardless of their gender, sex, ability, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, and/or sexual orientation. Any environment within or hosted by STAR is built to foster open and non-judgemental communication without threat of violence or discrimination that may be received in wider society. To that end confidentiality is upheld, safety is upheld, and respect is upheld in this community first and foremost.
