While attending the 18th South China Sea International Conference, Commander Amanda Hood, CMIST’s USCG National Security Fellow, spoke at the "Managing the New Maritime Race: Partnerships and Strategic Stability” panel. The session explored the impact of shifts in the maritime policies of major powers and assessed the implications of denser partnerships and alignment patterns for the South China Sea.
