ollaboration is at the heart of our academic philosophy. As a decidedly small school housed within a decidedly small research university, we are a conservatory of innovation. The linkages across campus are numerous and an inherent part of our culture. Partnerships that would be considered unconventional at other schools are what we do best. Tepper students partner with students, professors and researchers in other schools and centers, such as engineering, robotics, biotechnology and life sciences, product design and computer science. Areas of specialization for which recruiters and researchers recognize the Tepper School include: Finance, Financial Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Consulting & Strategy, Computational Marketing and Technology. As one of the most technologically elite universities in the world, the dedication to cutting edge learning and application underlies everything that we do – with an approach to business management that allows our students to make a significant impact in business and in society.
