Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Join Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA) and University Counseling Services (UCS) for a relaxing event focused on caring for yourself just like you care for your plants.

Paint and decorate your own plant pot, plant a succulent to take home, and pick up a self-care guide with tips for nurturing both yourself and your indoor plants. (Materials are available while supplies last. First come, first planted!)

UCS will also lead guided mindfulness activities at the top of each hour (1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM).

Take a break, get creative, drink some water, and Root for Yourself!
