INNOVATIVE ACTION: When OU Business alum Ray Gunn joined Blake Farms two years ago, he entered a family business known for innovation. Charged with leveraging his vast expertise to prepare the business for the next generation, Gunn played a key role in helping the organization pivot to meet immediate market and customer needs in the midst of a global pandemic. By shifting their hard cider production to hand sanitizer as well as offering lunches to school-aged children and a curbside drive-through service, the Blake Farm Team has brought valuable resources to local hospitals and the surrounding community.

Publishing & Sales Internships – Troy, MI Division: Advertising Position Type: Internship Job Description: Hour Media, the publisher of Hour Detroit, DBusiness, Detroit Home, Metro Detroit Wedding magazines and more, is proud to offer a sales and advertising internship for the Fall 2019 term and Spring 2020 term. Ideal candidates will work a minimum of 20 hours per-week. Schedules are negotiable, but a three-month commitment is required. Interns must be enrolled in a university; however, the intern does not have to be receiving credit to be eligible for the position.
