Anyone who has a property near Mission Beach that would be willing to swap some Spring Break time for football lodging next Fall, just 125 yards from the Big House?

The Ann Arbor owner is a Wolverine grad, living two doors across Main Street from Michigan Stadium who has a guest house and large patio for hosting corporate tailgates and AirBnB stays (happy to be a Superhost).
