Our Lodge was proud to host the AEA South District Deputy Clinic yesterday! We welcomed District Deputy Mary Shaffer and Esquire Ira Cohen, AEA State President Frank Buso and Committee Chairs. Also in attendance were all ten South District Lodge Exalted Rulers, Lodge Secretaries, Board of Director Chairpersons and their guests. Information was shared and the great work all these lodges do was highlighted. Thanks to all of the local lodge and State officers that made the drive!

Calling all high school seniors: the application for the 2027 Most Valuable Student scholarship contest is NOW OPEN!

We will award 500 scholarships ranging from $4,000 to $30,000 over four years. No relation to the Elks is necessary to apply.

With this scholarship, students gain more than just financial aid—they gain an appreciation of service, a network of like-minded peers, and an for life.

Do you know how we are helping your state?

Every year, we strive to grant more money back to each state than we receive from that state in donations. This year, we will grant nearly $11.7 million to the state Elks associations.

These grants help fund the state Elks associations' major charitable projects, which include aid for people with disabilities, cancer research, children's hospitals, youth camps, and so much more.

The state associations also use these grants to fund their Elks Hoop Shoot, Soccer Shoot, Drug Awareness, scholarship and veterans service programs, as well as other charitable and philanthropic projects.
