Billiken Families, if you recently had a student graduate from Saint Louis University, we are so proud of you!

If you have questions about how to unsubscribe from emergency text messages, please see the instructions below. In addition, any other academic communications you may have signed up to receive on behalf of your student will stop once the university has officially confirmed your graduate's degree.

To completely unsubscribe from Saint Louis University's Rave Guardian service, you can cancel your account directly within the mobile application or remove your phone number from the desktop portal. If you also wish to stop university emergency text alerts, you can text a designated opt-out command.

Method 1: Unsubscribe in the Rave Guardian App
Open the Rave Guardian app on your phone.
Tap on your Account or Profile tab (often labeled "Me") at the bottom of your screen.
Click on Edit My Account.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account
