Stanford Pregnancy Sleep Study We invite you to join our study for insomnia during pregnancy! We offer therapy that does NOT use medications. Receive up to $240 for your participation.

El Estudio del Sueño Durante el Embarazo

La invitamos a que forme parte de nuestro estudio que ofrece terapia de conversación (consejería) para mejorar el sueño durante el embarazo. El tratamiento NO utiliza medicamentos. Reciba hasta $240 de compensación por su tiempo y esfuerzo. ¡Quedan solamente unos meses para inscribirse!

¿Quién puede participar?
Mujeres que tienen dificultad para dormir con 18 a 32 semanas (~4.5 a ~8 meses) de embarazo y que reciben cuidado del embarazo en una clínica de Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.

¿Cuáles son los posibles beneficios?
Participantes recibirán terapia del sueño que podría mejorar:
- su propio sueño
- el sueño del bebé
- la relación de madre-hijo/a

Pregnancy Sleep Study - Stanford University School of Medicine

We are inviting pregnant women with insomnia to participate in a research study that provides sleep therapy treatment that does not involve taking medications.

Who can participate in the study?
Women with insomnia who are 18 to 32 weeks pregnant and whose primary language is English or Spanish will be considered.

What are the potential benefits?
Participants will receive sleep therapy that may improve:
• their own sleep
• their infant’s sleep
• the mother-infant relationship
Participation in the study may lead to advances in the treatment of pregnant women with insomnia.
