Keynote Speaker Spotlight: Gaby Natale 🎤
“Pioneers were not born, they were made.”
Gaby Natale challenged us to move beyond the status quo and embrace the pioneer mindset. She encouraged us to embrace our uniqueness, take a leap of faith into the unknown, and open ourselves up to possibilities no one like us has explored before.
She emphasized three steps to becoming a pioneer: embracing your uniqueness, breaking barriers through excellence, consistency, and visibility, and joining forces with other pioneers. By changing our relationship with rejection and recognizing opportunities we are uniquely qualified to identify, we can redefine what is possible.
