As we move through October, this is your gentle reminder to pause and breathe. Life can get busy, but God is still present in every detail.

Even in the middle of deadlines, responsibilities, and challenges—there is still something to be grateful for.

📖 “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.” — Psalm 28:7

As members of Zeta Phi Beta Incorporated , we are called to uplift, support, and pour into one another. Take a moment this week to check in on a sister, offer encouragement, or simply show kindness.

• Where do I need to invite God’s peace into my life?
