Last night we inducted Evan Thompson as an Honorary Brother of the Beta Rho Chapter!

Evan is a past National President of Kappa Kappa Psi, who has willingly devoted his time and guidance to our chapter over the years.

Thank you Evan, for being a great example of a Brother to our chapter and taking time out of your schedule to come to the University of Toledo. We are so excited to have you as an Honorary Brother of Beta Rho! AEA!

[Alumni Shoutout]

One of our alumni brothers, Jessica Nelson -Masiker, is finishing up her clinical year of veterinary medicine at Louisiana State University. While attending LSU, she was recently able to meet up with the Beta Gamma chapter and join them on their brotherly picnic/ activity night. We are so glad you were able to enjoy yourself on this event, and creating connections with our amazing Beta Gamma Brothers!!

Last night, we sent our graduating seniors on their way to beginning their next journey.

We are so honored to have watch you all strive in this fraternity and we are so proud of each and everyone one of you. We cannot wait to see blossom outside of college.

You all will be deeply missed.

Thank you all for a fantastic year! I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to serve as Beta Rho’s webmaster this past year. I loved designing our chapter’s new logo and showing off all our brothers’ amazing talents and accomplishments.

I have recently taken on several new positions, including a tour guide on campus, orientation leader, bioengineering peer mentor, UT Engineering Council VP of Campus Outreach, and member of the Engineering Leadership Institute!

I look forward to what the future holds for myself and the Beta Rho chapter. I am very excited to announce our next webmaster, ! I have full confidence that he is going to do great things for our chapter through this position, and I am honored to pass on my responsibilities to such a capable brother.

Meet our graduating brother, Maddy Silveous!

Maddy graduated with a BBA in Accounting. She plays the flute and piccolo, and participated in the Rocket Marching Band and Rocket Varsity Band from 2017-2021! She is part of the Alpha Lambda class of Beta Rho and she held the Corresponding Secretary position for one year. Her favorite memory in psi was singing the hymn at the 2019 NCD Convention in Indianapolis! What she will miss most about her time in psi is seeing her brothers at weekly meetings and traveling to degrees.

Maddy will be staying at UT to pursue a Masters of Science in Accountancy. Congratulations Maddy, we are very thankful for all the passion and kindness you brought to our chapter!

Meet our graduating brother, Amy Lohse!

Amy majored in Recreational Therapy with a Disability Studies minor. She plays the flute, piccolo, piano, and ukulele. Part of the Alpha Mu class, she spent 1 year as an active for the Beta Rho chapter where she served as our Corresponding Secretary. She also took part in several ensembles on campus, including the RMB for 4 years, Symphonic Band for 3 years, and Wind Ensemble for 1 year. One of her favorite memories of psi was when she went to South Block and met brothers at the University of Kentucky! Her advice to her brothers is to "do what makes you happy and keep striving for the highest!"

This summer Amy will be completing an internship for her major, and then she will be attending grad school at UT to receive her doctorate in Occupational Therapy! Congratulations Amy, our chapter will miss your positive energy and persistent optimism! AEA @ The University of Toledo

Meet our graduating senior, Cynthia Cutler!

Cynthia just earned her BS in Biology, with minors in chemistry & environmental science. Part of the Alpha Kappa class of Beta Rho, she has been in Psi for 4 years! She has held the positions of Corresponding Secretary and Alumni Relations Officer for 1 year each. Cynthia was in the RMB and RVB for 3 years each, as well as Symphonic Band for 1 year. She also traveled abroad in England before COVID!

Cynthia's favorite memory in Psi was attending NatCon 2019/Centennial Celebration in Stillwater, OK. What she will miss most is getting to see her brothers all the time at band and other events. Her advice to future brothers is to "meet as many people in your district and across the country as possible and take advantage of all the opportunities and experiences presented to you as an active brother!"

Congratulations Cynthia, our chapter appreciates everything you did for us and we cannot wait to see all you accomplish post graduation:) AEA @ The University of Toledo
