University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Ambassadors The CALS Ambassador Program is a premier leadership and communications development program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS).

Members of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Ambassador Leadership Program represent the future of agriculture and life sciences, as well as the human and natural resources in Arizona and beyond. Ambassadors serve as peer recruiters and mentors as well as liaisons for promotion of academic programs at the University of Arizona and in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences to local

, state, national and international audiences. The CALS Ambassador program is highly selective with membership limited to no more than twenty five active Ambassadors. Once admitted, members are appointed on a semester by semester basis and may serve as Ambassadors as long as they continue to meet the semesterly requirements. For this reason, new members are recruited only when there is capacity in the group.
