Happy Giving Day Bardians! 🥳 Today we’re working to reach 207 donors — one for every year of John Bard’s legacy — and we would be grateful to count you among them. Genesis, Bard class of '29, is a rising sophomore at Bard, and she is spot on when she says every gift to the Bard College Fund matters to support a Bard education - no matter what size. Every student feels the impact of your gift to the BCF, whether they receive financial aid or not. https://bardian.bard.edu/portal/givingday62026

Bardians, mark your calendars — Giving Day is tomorrow! Set a reminder, text a friend, post-it on the fridge, do whatever it takes to remember. Better yet, don't wait: head to the website and give now. All gifts through June 2nd at midnight count toward our goal of 207 donors — a number chosen to honor John Bard's birthday, 207 years ago on that very date. 7 in 10 Bard students rely on financial support from the College, and the Bard College Fund is a major reason that support exists. Your Giving Day gift to the BCF keeps that path open for the students who need it most.
Let's make this a birthday to remember. Listen to Claire and go for the goal!

With Peter Hutton's extraordinary work as cinematographer of No Picnic (directed by Phil Hartman, '79) now in it's 7th week at Film Forum, Jake Perlin ('98) has organized a program featuring a quartet of Prof. Hutton's 16mm films, all of which observe New York City in his inimitable portraiture. As anyone who had the pleasure of seeing these and other works in Preston, or elsewhere—often projected by Peter himself—knows, these are singular films by a towering artist. Followed by a conversation with Prof. Ed Halter.

This Saturday & Sunday @ 3pm in NYC at The ROXY Cinemas
