Every family that chooses CENTS is trusting us with something far more valuable than a roster spot.

Their son.

That deserves more than running a team practice and hoping every player gets what he needs.

That is why we are building CENTS Micro Groups.

Smaller groups give us the opportunity to know the individual player. To see how he learns. Where he needs challenged. Where he needs encouraged. What needs developed. And how we can better serve him.

Because coaching, to us, is stewardship.

These players don't belong to us. Their development isn't ours to exploit, rush, or compare.

They have been entrusted to our care for a season.

Our responsibility is to serve the player, serve his family, and steward that trust well.

The team matters.

But we can never become so focused on building the team that we forget the individual young men we were entrusted to build.

Encourage. Equip. Educate.
