THREE YEARS OF GENOCIDE. THREE YEARS OF RESISTANCE. THREE YEARS OF GRIEF, RESILIENCE, AND AN UNWAVERING DEMAND FOR LIBERATION.

As we mark October 7th, we remember the lives lost, the families torn apart, and the people of Palestine who continue to endure unimaginable suffering and pain. We refuse to let their stories be forgotten or their struggle be silenced.

From Gaza to our campuses, solidarity must be more than words. We must continue to organize, educate, and hold our institutions accountable for their ties to the ongoing violence

Join us this October 7th at Anniversary Plaza as we honor the lives lost and stand together in the call for justice, dignity, and freedom for Palestine

The Struggle Continues.

Until liberation,
SJP UIUC 🇵🇸🕊️

3 YEARS OF GENOCIDE, 3 YEARS OF RESISTANCE

Three years since the Al-Aqsa Flood, students across the world continue to organize for Palestinian Liberation.

Join us in our week of rage to honor and remember the Palestinians who have lost their lives across decades of dispossession, occupation, and violence. We must uplift the legacy and shed light to our incarcerated prisoners who remain steadfast and determined to the liberation of Palestine.

Liberation cannot simply be imagined, it must be organized towards. As the student intifada enters another year of struggle against our complicit institutions, we remain committed to building, sustaining, and deepening the struggle for Palestinian freedom, dignity, and justice.

SJP is excited to announce that book club is back! Join us for this semesters book, The Trinity of Fundamentals by Wisam Rafeedie. The Trinity of Fundamentals is a thinly fictionalized story on Rafeedjes 9 years spent in hiding from the occupation. In which he wrote the novel while incarcerated at Al-Naqab prison & smuggled the novel out of prison.

The Trinity of Fundamentals is a testimony to the resilience, hardship, struggle our prisoners face & how they are the backbone of our movement.

The students have spoken.

A banner condemning UIUC’s role in military research appeared on campus on February 4th. It reflects growing student outrage at universities’ involvement in weapons development, war profiteering, and the ongoing genocide of Palestinians.

SJP UIUC is channeling this pressure through an ongoing campaign urging faculty to refuse participation in weapons development, war profiteering, and the ongoing genocide of Palestinians.
