Students at the International College of Seville spent three days this April in North Africa touring the towns of Tangier, Tetouan and the "Blue Pearl of Morocco": the city of Chefchaouen.

They tried delicious cuisines, witnessed amazing architecture, and even got some beautiful henna done.

Morocco is a short distance from Spain. If you decide to study in Seville this fall, you'll open up a world of travel possibilities! Pun intended.

Interested in going to the land down under? And no, we are not just talking about Australia. We are also talking about La Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador, where it's spring all year. You don't want to miss this! "Feria de Abril de Sevilla", or The April Fair of Seville, is a weeklong celebration in Andalusia, Spain. A once in a lifetime experience for the millions of those who attend.

If you spend a spring semester in Spain, you too can join in on the fun. Dance to brilliant live flamenco, feast on decadent tapas, and take in the view as you peruse vibrant tents and decorations. In the true spirit of Europe, many people celebrate until early in the morning. Make sure you save some time to study!

The students at the International College of Seville were treated to a lovely party, and had the unique opportunity to dress up in traditional Spanish flamenco finery. They look incredible!

CCIS was a proud participant at the Community College for International Development (CCID) 50th Anniversary Annual Conference in Tucson, Arizona, this past weekend.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues who share a commitment to expanding global education. Stephen Ferst of the College of Staten Island, Janice Thomas of Brookdale Community College, and Sandra Soto of International College of Seville represented CCIS and led engaging conversations and created meaningful networking opportunities, offering thoughtful insights on strengthening international partnerships across community, technical, and vocational institutions.

We are grateful for the collaboration and shared vision that continue to bring our institutions together. All of us at CCIS look forward to deepening our partnership with CCID in the years ahead, working collectively to expand access, opportunity, and global engagement for students around the world.
