Poesis had the opportunity to attend the MOAB Conference: Beyond the Spotlight, where we explored the importance of managing mindfulness and wellness in leadership.

We were especially proud to have our Programs Coordinator Irene, share a powerful poem about coming out of her shell, embracing her journey as a first-generation student, and stepping into leadership, not because she has something to prove, but simply to be her authentic self.

Thank you, MOAB, for creating a space where we could learn, reflect, connect, and celebrate the many different ways we can lead, beyond the spotlight. 🌟
