**NEW! A SHORTER U HIKE OPTION**

Want to join us Saturday, but the full hike feels like a bit much? Good news! 🙌 We’ve added a shorter route option. 🥾

**FULL U HIKE**
5 miles round trip
~1,100 ft elevation gain
About 2.5–3 hours

**SHORTER U HIKE**
2.5 miles round trip
~600 ft elevation gain
About 1 hour 15 minutes

Both routes have a steady incline, so either way, you’ll still get a good workout! ⛰️

📆 Meet at **8:30 AM** | Hike starts **8:45 AM sharp**

📍3200 Canyon Drive, Griffith Park

There’s almost no shade, so bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and a hat.

Look for **Dr. Venus Ramos in an orange Miami hat and orange Miami shirt**. She’ll be your point of contact on the day of the hike.
