OVW establishes, maintains, and enhances programs, training, and related efforts aimed at awareness, prevention, and reduction of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking (SADDVS) on campus. The Central State University Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), via its campus project coordinator, is designed to establish, maintain, and enhance programs, training, and related

efforts aimed at awareness, prevention, and reduction of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking (SADDVS) on campus and enhancing services for (SADDVS) victims. They develop new programs and enhance existing programs, to educate the campus community about (SADDVS) and related issues, and the resources that are available to victims. They also serve as a liaison between the University students and employees, and external community partners on (SADDVS) matters, including best practices regarding response to incidents of gender-based violence.
