The Project for Workplace Improvement & Satisfaction of Employees (WISE project)
Overall Goal:
The importance of "WISE" are recognized in public and companies conducting these activities are emereged and increased. The program, that trains the leaders who initiate the "WISE" of employees are developed. Approach:
In this 2 years, we will conduct Kaizen project at 16 pilot local Vietnamese companie
s by using analysis of Employee Satisfaction Survey(ESS). "We" are not only four consultants from JPC but also local Vietnamese who are keen on learning ESS and Kaizen skills. The seminars to announce the result of Kaizen project from these pilot local Vietnamese companies will be held. We believe these seminars will increase the awareness of the importance of Employee satisfaction + productivity in Vietnam. Future vision:
Vietnamese who join this project will continue to enhance the producticity of companies in Vietnam, which leads the better work condition for employees and the whole industry enlivened. Also, this project will be sustainably conducted by local people and the productivity will be enhanced throughout Vietnam.
ハノイ地区における従業員満足度・職場環境改善プロジェクトについて
目的：
ハノイ地域の企業で、自主的に従業員満足度向上、職場環境改善に対する取り組みが継続的に実施される。そのためにも、上記取り組みを進めるためのフレームワークが構築される。
アプローチ：
この2年間に渡り、16の現地企業に従業員満足度に焦点をおいた改善プロジェクトを実施。改善活動に当たるのはJPCのコンサルタント4名と従業員満足や職場改善の知識習得を望むベトナム人メンバー。
期間中に、改善実施企業による成果報告会を実施し、ベトナムで生産性向上と従業員満足の重要性を啓発する。
将来のビジョン：
この事業に関わったベトナム人が、継続的にベトナム現地企業の生産性を向上させることで労働者にとっても労働環境が改善され、さらにベトナム全土で生産性向上が進む。
