"Strengthening Educational Foundations: Sa'adatu Rimi College Leadership Meets Emir Khalifa Muhammad Sanusi II"

NCCE COMMENDS THE ACTING PROVOST OF SA'ADATU RIMI COLLEGE OF EDUCATION KUMBOTSO KANO

Dr. Salisu Bashir Gwangwazo, the leader of the accreditation team that conducted a six-round accreditation exercise at Sa’adatu Rimi College of Education, Kumbotso, Kano, has praised the Acting Provost, Dr. Kabiru Ahmed Gwarzo, for his dedication and hard work in ensuring the success of the exercise.

Speaking at the college library during a farewell address, Dr. Gwangwazo described Dr. Kabiru as an exemplary leader who fosters teamwork and unity within the institution. He stated, “I witnessed teamwork firsthand in this college,” commending the collaborative efforts of the management, academic, and non-academic staff.

Dr. Gwangwazo also encouraged the college staff to maintain their spirit of cooperation and teamwork, noting the positive impact it had during their visit. He further described Dr. Kabiru as a true ambassador of education and expressed gratitude for the support and hospitality extended to the accreditation team.

In his response, Dr. Kabiru Ahmed Gwarzo thanked the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabiru Yusuf and his deputy Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo for the financial and administrative support provided to the college. He also appreciated the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) and the National Universities Commission (NUC) for their efforts in enhancing educational standards, particularly at Sa’adatu Rimi College.

Dr. Kabiru expressed gratitude to the management, staff, and students of the college for their cooperation and hard work in ensuring the success of the accreditation exercise.

Under the leadership of the Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, and his Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, along with the Commissioner for Higher Education, Dr. Yusuf Ibrahim Kofar Mata, and the Acting Provost of Sa'adatu Rimi College of Education, Kumbotso, Kano, the Sa'adatu Rimi College of Education Kumbotso Printing Press has resumed operations after being inactive for more than four years.
