𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝟭𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆
In light of the celebration of the Civil Service Month this September (pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, s. 1997), MSC conducts 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗽𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 which shall reflect the concept “𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶” The festival consists of four contests namely; a. Digital Poster Making Contest, b. Spoken Word Poetry Contest, c. Tiktok Dance Competition, d. Photography Contest. All entries must be able to showcase the resilience and dedication to public service of every lingkod kawani of the government amidst the pandemic.

MIMAROPA Region

“JOLINA” HAS MADE LANDFALL OVER DIMASALANG, MASBATE AND IS NOW TRAVERSING OVER MAINLAND MASBATE.

The center of the eye of Typhoon “JOLINA” was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Dimasalang, Masbate (12.1°N, 123.8°E). Maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 150 km/h, and central pressure of 990 hPa.
