Pump 101: Infusion Pump Practice Forum 💉 was a success!
Thank you to all our incredible nursing students who joined us for this hands-on learning opportunity. Your energy, curiosity, and teamwork made the room come alive!

During the forum, students had the chance to:
🩺 Practice programming infusion pumps using realistic clinical scenarios
🩺 Get comfortable with syringe pumps, primary pumps, and secondary pumps
🩺 Build confidence in a supportive, low‑pressure environment

We love seeing you all take initiative in your learning—and we’re already looking forward to the next skills-focused session. 💪❤️

Today was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do in nursing education. 💙

Our MSU Denver 1st & 2nd semester nursing students spent the day at Rose Medical Center for a Mini Mental Health Conference designed just for them — and they showed up ready to learn, grow, and engage in meaningful conversations shaping health care.

Huge thank you to Rose Medical Center and the 25+ leaders, nurses, educators, and staff who poured into our students. Your time and expertise made a lasting impact.

From trauma-informed care and behavioral health to bias, resilience, and self-care, our students leaned into challenging topics with professionalism and curiosity.

Grateful for partnerships that help bridge classroom learning with real-world readiness. Here’s to continued collaboration and growth!

If you’re passionate about student success, love mentoring future nurses, and believe retention is more than a buzzword—it’s a commitment—this role is for you.
This position will:
✔ Provide targeted academic support to nursing students
✔ Assist with early intervention and success planning
✔ Support retention initiatives across the program
✔ Collaborate closely with faculty to promote student achievement

Understands that coaching, accountability, and encouragement can coexist
