Earlier today, our graduating students gathered for the Baccalaureate Mass Rehearsal at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in Bulakan, Bulacan.

This solemn preparation marks the beginning of the end of an incredible college journey.

LOCAL STUDENT COUNCIL MEETING | May 26, 2026

The Local Student Council of BulSU-Meneses Campus successfully conducted a meeting focused on the review and discussion of upcoming plans, proposed resolutions, and ordinances for the months of June and July.

The gathering served as an avenue for collaborative discussions, strategic planning, and meaningful deliberation as council members carefully assessed priorities, refined initiatives, and explored policies aimed at strengthening student representation and campus involvement. Through the exchange of ideas and collective insights, the council continues to ensure that every proposal and initiative remains aligned with the needs and welfare of the student body.

More than a regular meeting, it reflected the council’s commitment to responsible leadership, effective governance, and genuine public service within the campus community.

As preparations for the upcoming months continue, the Local Student Council remains dedicated to creating purposeful programs and implementing initiatives that will foster unity, engagement, and growth among students.

ISANG MAKASAYSAYANG TAGUMPAY PARA SA MGA MAG-AARAL NG MENESES KAMPUS! 🌈🎓✨

Opisyal nang aprubado ang pagpapatupad ng Gender-Affirmative Graduation Rites sa ating kampus! Isang progresibong hakbang na nagpapatunay na ang Meneses Kampus ay isang ligtas, bukas, at inklusibong tahanan para sa lahat.

Sa pamamagitan ng polisiyang ito, ang mga magtatapos ay opisyal na pinahihintulutan na:

1. Isuot ang kasuotang pang-gradwasyon na tugma sa kanilang gender identity at expression.
2. Kilalanin at tawagin sa kanilang affirmed o lived names sa mismong seremonya at presentation materials.
3. I-address gamit ang kanilang tamang pronouns at honorifics.

Lagi’t Lagi, Para sa Estudyante

Ang tagumpay na ito ay bunga ng kolektibong boses at pagkakaisa ng Meneses Campus Local Student Council at BulSU Maharlika. Karapatan ng bawat mag-aaral na magtapos nang may buong dignidad at bitbit ang kanilang tunay na sarili.

Nawa’y simula pa lamang ito ng mas marami pang polisiyang kumikilala sa karapatan ng bawat isa sa loob ng pamantasan. Patuloy tayong lalaban para sa isang komunidad na walang naiiwan at walang nabubura.

Pagbati, Meneses graduates! Ang martsang ito ay para sa inyo. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️✊🏽

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS:

Parental Consent / Waiver: As per our Dean's directive, students who wish to exercise their rights under this policy must submit a waiver signed by their parent or guardian expressing their consent.

Official University Records: Lived names will be used strictly during the ceremony proper and stage slides. Official university records (Diplomas and TOR) will remain based on the student's legal name.
