Harvard College in Asia Program - Hong Kong Conference Harvard College in Asia Program (HCAP) - Hong Kong HCAP was launched in 2003 to foster mutual understanding between Harvard and Asian students.

This year will be the 14th consecutive year that the University of Hong Kong (HKU) partners with the Harvard University in organizing this program. This program consists of two conferences, one in January at Harvard and another in March at several Asian universities, including HKU. The conferences provide an open platform for students from around the globe to exchange ideas and interact through a series of academic, cultural and social events. Our spring conference will be held in March. The theme of this year’s conference is “Mind, Body, and Society: Global Health Challenges of the 21st Century.”

💫 We started the day off with a lecture on AI and public health

🎯 In HUAPX, all the universities presented a local issue in their country as well as the ongoing solutions. We introduced the housing crisis in Hong Kong!

DAY 5 OF THE WINTER CONFERENCE ❄️🏛️

Here’s a recap of what we did on our fifth day of the winter conference!

⚖️we had a lecture on the diverse wold of law, where we split into mini groups to discuss various legal scenarios
🩹 after the lecture, we also had CEMS training, where we learned about CPR, treating wounds, and choking prevention methods for babies!
👯‍♀️for the rest of the afternoon, we explore Boston during our free time. Wsomeof us visited Quincy market, while some of us visited the Isabella Steward Gardner Museum!
