1. Must be a student of BS Aviation Information System (BS AIS) and BS Aviation Information Technology (BS AIT) from the Institute of Computer Studies (ICS) at the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, Villamor Campus.
2. Must pass the qualification set and be approved by the Dean of the Institute of Computer Studies.
3. Must be enrolled during the 1st Semester and 2nd semester of A. Y. 2023 - 2024.
4. Deadline of Submission: August 13, 2024. To be collected by your respective Student Organization. Additionally, it will be evaluated by the Program Head and Department Dean.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
1. The student must not have failed in any subject, including Physical Education (PE) and the National Service Training Program (NSTP).
2. The student must have a grade no lower than 2.25 in all subjects, except for NSTP. The NSTP must be passed, but it is not included in the semester's computation of the General Weighted Average (GWA).
3. To be recognized as a Dean's List, a student must achieve a GWA of 1.75 or above.
4. Irregular students may also apply, provided they meet the requirements in guidelines 1 and 2.
5. The student must demonstrate good moral character and must not have been subjected to any disciplinary action.

The last academic unit under PhilSCA is the Institute of Computer Sciences (ICS). This institute aims to produce individuals equipped with knowledge and skills in the field of technology, preparing future professionals with expertise in cybersecurity, software development, programming, data analytics, flight operations, and other areas in relation to the aviation industry.

Flexible Learning Modality will still presume from May 27, 2024 until June 1, 2024. Classes will still be held 𝙎𝙔𝙉𝘾𝙃𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙇𝙔 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙎𝙔𝙉𝘾𝙃𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙇𝙔, as per the Memorandum published by the Office of the Dean of Institute of Computer Studies (ICS).

On the other hand, 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 with GE subjects will be allowed to conduct Face to Face Final Examination as mentioned during the VPAA and Institutional Dean’s meeting (Friday) May 24, 2024.
