Advisory

In support of the government’s call for energy conservation and in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, DepEd Memorandum No. 18, s. 2026, and CHED Administrative Order (CAO) No. 1, series of 2026, Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception will implement a four-day onsite schedule from Monday to Thursday, with work-from-home arrangements every Friday, effective March 9, 2026.

As part of this adjustment, a compressed work week will also be observed to ensure the continued delivery of services and learning.

Classes will be conducted face-to-face from Monday to Thursday, while Friday classes will follow an asynchronous or online setup.

We ask everyone to be guided accordingly.

As a Franciscan community, we also invite everyone to pause for a moment of prayer for peace in our world. May the Lord guide our leaders with wisdom and compassion, and may peace, safety, and healing prevail among all nations.

Let us remain faithful, hopeful, and united as one FCIC community.

🎓 Attention Graduating and Completing Students! 🎓

The Office of the Registrar announces the official schedule for the release of toga, program, and seat cards.

📌 Important Reminders:

Students must present fully signed Rehearsal Attendance and Graduation/ Moving-Up: Clearance Cards.

Togas will only be released after presenting your program and seat cards.

The Office of the Registrar announces the schedule for the FCIC Mandatory Rehearsals 2026. This covers all Basic Education, College, and Graduate School candidates for graduation, completion and recognition.

Reminders for Attendees:

Promptness: Please observe the 7:30 AM (Morning) and 1:00 PM (Afternoon) call times.

Clearance: Ensure your Attendance and Clearance Cards are ready for signing.

Requirement: Completion of these rehearsals is a prerequisite for the release of togas and graduation materials.
