The Little Food Festival Malaysia Pop-Up 2026 was proudly supported by Monash University and the Sandro Demaio Foundation as Founding Partners, with Avocados Australia and Alor Signature as Activation Partners. ✨

Festival highlights featured a Heritage Twist cooking demo by Dato’ Chef Ismail Ahmad of Restaurant Rebung, plus interactive showcases celebrating local ingredients and food heritage — with support from Top Art & Creative, Malaysian Cocoa Board, Inside Scoop, Bug’s Paradise Farm and Graze Market 🌿🍽️

From planting seedlings to making your own snack, there;s something for every curious young foodie.
Join us on 31 January for a hands-on, family-friendly food celebration! We are currently recruiting a casual staff to support the administration of the Education Management Office from 26 January to 30 April 2026.

📝Requirements
🟩 Must be Malaysian with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
🟩 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
🟩 Experience in Instagram and Canva
🟩 Attention to detail and ability to execute administrative task effectively
🟩 Total working hours are 28 hours per week.

📢 Sessional Staff Opening for Medical and Forensic Genetics- Teaching of GEN3051

We are currently recruiting sessional staff for Feb Intake 2026 for the position listed below for 12 weeks. Interested candidates, kindly email your complete resume latest by Friday, 9 Jan 2026, and indicate “Teaching of GEN3051” to Dr Lee Wai Leng at [email protected].

📍Hiring for: Biomedical Sciences (Teaching Assistant and Demonstrator)
Candidate must possess at least a Master’s degree in Science and/or 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant field of application.

Hiring for the unit: Medical and Forensic Genetics (GEN3051). The teaching of this unit involves providing lectures, tutorials and hands-on in laboratory. This is a third year unit explores the theoretical basis and application of genetic and genomic approaches to both medicine and forensics.
⏲️ Working hours:
👉Weekly practical class on Thursday 9 am – 12 pm

📝Below are the required documents needed alongside the appointment of sessional staff form to be processed with the soft copy documents (in color):-
👉 Identification card
👉 Latest Resume
👉 Teaching Permit Certificate (indicate if you have a valid Teaching Permit). If you already have a teaching permit, kindly provide a soft copy of a valid teaching permit. Preference will be given to those with teaching permits. For new teaching permit applications, the applicant must be Malaysian.
