Display of voters register in all polling units starts on Tuesday 6th November, 2018. It will last for only four (4) days. Please announce it on various platforms you are active on social media, groups, other fora, Mosques, churches, workplaces, markets etc.

Every citizens ought to go and check his/her name. If you have any issues whatsoever, proceed to the collation centre of your ward to make your complaint to INEC officials for remedy.

Acknowledgement

I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to Pastor Gregory A. Agu, my project supervisor, whose kind direction and guidance made this work possible. I am also grateful to Mr. Nelson N. Agu, my facilitator. And all those who helped me financially and morally during my cause of study

The efforts of the Chief Librarians of the libraries I used for this research work cannot be over emphasized, the computer operator, who in spite the difficulty in studying hand written documents, he painstakingly and meticulously typed this work without much errors and even when I sent him on errands he still come back and start from where he had stopped and continue from there.

My sincere thanks goes to the Dean of Education whose advice, assistance and encouragement during the research work, boosted my morale towards the successful completion of this work.

I acknowledge the very first person and a dear moderator who introduced me to this programme, and encouraged my joining and standing out to rejoice at the final completion of my studies. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced that sales of 2015 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination application forms will commence from September 15, 2014 to January 15, 2015.

A statement by the JAMB Registrar, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, on Tuesday in Abuja, said that the board had fine-tuned arrangements with CBT centres to register prospective UTME candidates following its resolution to implement full-blown Computer-Based Test in the 2015 UTME.

The board said that it had discovered that most of the cases of impersonation and other malpractice were initiated from the registration process by cyber-cafes, hence the need to regulate the registration process to ensure the system is malpractice-free.

“By this arrangement, candidates are to obtain their application document from the designated banks and proceed to any of our CBT centres and register for the examination at a regulated fee.

“There are about 300 centres all over the country and the centre members of staff have been trained for this purpose.”
