We sincerely thank the Institute of Computer Science and Digital Innovation (ICSDI), Praxis, Industry and Community Engagement (PICE), and the management of UCSI University for their support and assistance in organizing an excellent international Artificial Intelligence (AI) Seminar entitled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Shaping the Future of Technology and Innovation”, in collaboration with us.
The AI Seminar was conducted in a hybrid mode and was attended by approximately 285 participants from 19 countries, including Bangladesh, Malaysia, Italy, Saudi Arabia, China, Indonesia, Somaliland, Mozambique, Myanmar, Somalia, Yemen, Egypt, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Seychelles, Kenya, Sudan, and Djibouti. The seminar was attended by participants from three (3) levels/categories, namely Professors/Lecturers, Academic Staff, and Students. Students from various academic levels—PhD, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Diploma, STPM/College/IGCSE, Foundation, Pre-University, and SPM/High School—participated in this AI seminar.
The AI Seminar was organized in collaboration with the Institute of Computer Science and Digital Innovation (ICSDI), IEEE-HKN Eta Kappa Nu Mu Alpha Chapter (IEEE), UCSI University, and the Bangladeshi Students’ Organization Malaysia.
Special thanks are extended to Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Shayla Islam, Director and Head of Research, ICSDI, UCSI University, Assistant Professor Ts. Dr. Ghassan Saleh Hussein Aldharhani, Senior Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence and Technology and Head of the Department of Digital Innovation, ICSDI, UCSI University. We also express our sincere appreciation to all respective staff and academicians of ICSDI and all Bangladeshi students for their valuable support and coordination, which greatly contributed to the success of this international seminar.
