House Manager / Personal Assistant – Saudi Royal Family

A Saudi Royal Family is seeking a native English-speaking female House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee and manage a team of 20 staff and the daily operations of their residence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise staff and ensure the household runs smoothly.

Maintain kitchen, storage, and all areas to the highest standards of order and neatness.

Plan and organize social events.

Run errands and manage tasks for 3 family members.

Train and guide household staff.

Handle travel logistics, including packing/unpacking, restaurant and excursion bookings.

Ensure efficiency, structure, and discretion at all times.

Requirements:

Native English speaker.

Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing household logistics.

Experience and/or qualifications in hospitality or household management.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-standard environment.

OCD-level attention to detail and a personality that matches the employer’s meticulous standards.

Flexible team player with excellent time management and leadership skills.

Package:

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 (depending on experience & qualifications)

12 hours per day, 6 days per week

Accommodation, meals, and medical insurance provided.

30 days annual leave plus return flight ticket.

Visa and flights covered by the employer.
