A proud moment for Durban. A historic achievement for South Africa. 🇿🇦🏅

PAX College extends its heartfelt congratulations to Judge Navanethem “Navi” Pillay on being awarded the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize.

Born and raised in Durban, Judge Pillay's extraordinary journey from South Africa to the world's highest institutions of international justice is a testament to the power of education, courage and perseverance.

Her lifelong dedication to human rights, justice and international law reminds us that where you begin does not define how far you can go.

As a Durban-based institution, we celebrate this remarkable achievement and the inspiration it offers to the next generation of South African leaders.

Congratulations, Judge Navi Pillay!
