Deliver is team of 15 facilitators and coaches committed to youth empowerment and educational improvement. We believe that dialogue is the key to self and collective improvement, so all our work is focused on that methodology. Its products address the soft skill gap in youth's development, educator and lower level management development. The Naledi products address youth's emotional intelligence: t
heir relationship skill and their self management skill. By self management we mean: their ability to organise themselves and their time, their ambition and purpose, their ability to be disciplined and emotionally honest and self controlled; by relationship skill we mean: their level of assertiveness, their ability to say NO, to connect authentically. We focus on 7 core skills:
relationship, responsibility, risk, resilience, resourcefulness, reasoning, reflection. Naledi@School involves a series of 6 workshops combined with 6 group-coaching sessions. The coaching ensures that the learning from workshops translates into plans and behaviour change. The workshops are about: Courage, Identity, Leadership, Resilience, Conflict, Diversity. Naledi@Work helps youth to be work ready - so that after their learnership/internship they are a good prospect for the company to employ full time. The programme focuses on: Trust, Values, Time Management, Diversity, Accountability,Vision, Reliability, Ambition, Conflict, Risk. Essentials Coaching: with a minimum of theory, we put a high priority on practice, so that participants come away with skills that they can immediately use to nurture, develop and grow colleagues
