*UJISS Message | Su***de Awareness Month 🧡*

September is Su***de Awareness Month.

To everyone in our UJ community, near and far — we see you.

To those who are struggling quietly, to those who feel overwhelmed, homesick, anxious, or alone — please know that you are not alone, and you do not have to carry it alone.

At UJISS, we are a family from all over the world, and family means we look out for each other. Your life matters. Your presence on this campus matters. Your story is still being written.

It's okay to not be okay. It's okay to take a break, to ask for help, to speak up. Reaching out is not weakness, it's strength.

Let's be kinder to each other this month and always. Check on your friends. Check on that quiet classmate. A simple "How are you, really?" can save a life.

We hope you find peace, healing, and hope this month. We are with you. We care about you.

You belong here. 🧡👑
