This evening I made an absolutely delicious spicy prawn stirfry👌❤️
Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Sweet chilli Thai paste
Chilli paste
Garlic and ginger crushed
Red peppers
Green peppers
Red onion
Marrow
Basmati rice
Butter
Prawns
Seafood paste

Marinate Prawns in garlic paste, chilli paste and coriander and olive oil paste. Add seafood paste and toss all the ingredients and allow to rest whilst you stirfry the vegetables.

Stir-fry vegetables with fish sauce, and sweet chilli Thai paste and soy sauce. Remove. Stir-fry rice and add to the vegetables.

Heat wok with olive oil, drop in marinated Prawns. Add butter to flavor Cook until shells turn whitish in color.
