Each year we are on the look out for the best Universities and Colleges to send us their representatives. Universities or Colleges usually hold a Rag King and Queen contest to find winners that are outspoken, beautiful, motivated and can truly make an impact by helping out their community with their charity projects. We encourage anyone who is interested to participate, provided that you are study
