Todays customers are well travelled, tech-savvy and know what they want. Travel professionals are often not skilled enough, in terms of product or sales knowledge to meet customers’ expectations. We’re committed to the travel industry and the professionals driving it and aim to provide the necessary skills, resulting in world class service and higher client retention. Our team has been carefully selected with highly skilled, go-getting industry experts dedicated to inspire and share their knowledge. Our offices in Randpark, have a well equipped classroom, accommodating a maximum of 12 learners, ensuring personal and individual attention for all. Our unique offering is aimed at everyone working in travel retail, travel buyers and bookers within corporates and people hoping to launch a career in travel. We recognise the need for supporting our travel buyers in the market by providing knowledge and skills to ensure efficiency between TMC and Travel Buyer. We provide practical training that is borne of real-world knowledge and not just a textbook and hope to instill a sense of lifelong learning. We teach skills, not information, enabling students to think and self-motivate in a fast-changing environment. As an independent training academy, our offering is workplace and industry relevant, aimed at solving the challenges faced by the travel industry.
