MUKUSU TOURS STUDENT CENTRE AHEAD OF MAJOR RENOVATIONS

MUKUSU today conducted a tour of the Student Centre with a contractor in preparation of the upcoming massive renovation and transformation of the Centre.

The tour was conducted by a delegation comprising:

The President – Nedson Bwalya
The Prime Minister – Tembo Matthews
The Production Minister – Hope Sinkala

The upcoming renovations will include the er****on of a wire fence around the Student Centre, installation of proper lighting, and the implementation of modern-standard renovations for the tuck shop.

These developments are aimed at creating a safer, cleaner, more organised and convenient environment for the student populace. Improved lighting and fencing will enhance security, while the modernisation of the tuck shop will provide students with a more suitable and improved space for accessing essential goods and services.

As part of its broader vision, MUKUSU aims to transform the Student Centre into a modern-standard market for students, creating a vibrant and well-organised space that responds to the everyday needs of the student community.

MUKUSU remains committed to pursuing initiatives that improve the welfare of students and contribute towards the development of a modern, safe and student-centred campus environment.

NOTICE📢📢📢📢📢

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.

This is to inform all students that tomorrow, Friday, the Mukuba University Student Union (MUKUSU) will officially launch the project called "Let There Be Light" an initiative aimed at installing lighting around the university premises. This project is important because it will improve the safety and security of everyone on campus, especially students who move around during the evening and at night.

To make the day more exciting, there will also be basketball and volleyball games giving students an opportunity to showcase their talents, enjoy friendly competition and strengthen the spirit of teamwork and unity on campus.

Immediately after the project launch and games, there will be a Free Braai for students who will attend the event. This is our way of appreciating your support and participation while giving everyone an opportunity to interact, celebrate, and build stronger friendships within the our community.

We encourage all students to come in large numbers and be part of this special occasion as we work together to make our campus safer, stronger, and more united.
