FUNERAL NOTICE🕊️💔🕊️

It is with deep sorrow that the University of Zambia community mourns the passing of Emmanuel Bwalya, a Second year student under the school of Humanities and social sciences.

Emmanuel, was a dedicated and hardworking student whose passion for his academic journey touched many. His passing is a heartbreaking loss to his family, friends, classmates, and the entire UNZA community.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and all those who knew and loved him. May they find strength, comfort, and peace.

May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🕊️💔🕊️

NOTICE TO ALL POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS
RE: TWO-WEEK REGISTRATION EXTENSION

We wish to announce, as UNZAPOGRASA, that we have pushed for an extension of the registration period and we are pleased to inform you that the push has been successful. The registration period has therefore been extended by two (2) weeks exclusively for postgraduate students.

As your capable leadership, we heard your cries and acted upon them. This extension has been granted to provide students with additional time to complete all necessary registration processes and meet outstanding requirements.

We encourage all postgraduate students to take full advantage of this extension and ensure that their registration is finalized within the new deadline.

All postgraduate students are reminded that today, 13th February 2026 at 17:00 hours, is the deadline for submitting accommodation applications.

Please ensure you submit the following:
- Application letter
- Confirmation slip
- UNZA Student Identity Card

For students experiencing challenges downloading the confirmation slip, you may attach your Acceptance Letter of Admission to University of Zambia instead.
