MEETING WITH VICE-CHANCELLOR,DEPUTY VICE CHANCELLOR- ACADEMIC AFFAIRS AND CHIEF LIBRARIAN WITH MBChB STUDENTS AT NDOLA TEACHING HOSPITAL AT 11:30.

Today ,06th October,2026 ; Mulungushi University Students at Ndola Teaching Hospital had a rare opportunity to meet the Vice-Chancellor- Amb.Prof.Royson M.Mukwena, Deputy Vice-Chancellor-Prof.Patricia Katowa Mukwato and Chief Librarian-Madam Virginia Hamwela of Mulungushi University. Dr.Mwanza Enock Lukulula,Ndola Site Preceptor for Mulungushi University SoMHS was also in attendance.
During the meeting, a number of issues were raised and discussed .
Among issues raised include:
1. Transport: Bus to help with transportation of students to Arthur Davison Children's Hospital
2. Venues
3. Results Publication Delay
4. CA Publication Delay
5. Skills lab
6. Accreditation of MU SOMHS MBChB program internationally
7. Library
The management, emphasized on Students developing a mindset of becoming researchers and academicians.
The Vice Chancellor also thanked Mulungushi University students at Ndola Teaching Hospital for their good conduct during ward interactions and praise they got from the hospital management.He further encouraged students to continue being well-mannered and maintaining a good name for the University at large.
